Damn - they nerfed Captains and Champs:

Quote :
# The slaying of squirrels, foxes, rabbits and other sweet and innocent critters of Middle-earth is no longer considered a heroic act worthy of enabling skills for Captains or Champions.

Was handy that Razz

And the known issues list:

Quote :
Miscellaneous

* Spool of Rough Thread is missing from the Novice Tailor in Rivendell.
* Users with Logitech G5 mice cannot map extra buttons for LOTRO on their mice.
* Summoning a pet causes it to appear on top of the Lore-master.

Housing

* It is possible to delete a character who owns a house! There is no confirmation or warning if the character you are deleting is a house owner. Please be careful out there.
* The Housing ownership effect is always displayed under player stats, but should not be visible at all.
* Some of the Deluxe houses in the Shire Homesteads have duplicate hooks. This means that the Small Furniture hook next to the door when you enter will not show any items placed in it. All items placed on this hook will appear on the Small Furniture hook to the left of the fireplace instead. The specific houses affected are:
o 3 Harrow Road
o 1 Brookbank Street
o 4 Wending Way
o 1 Pleasant Street
* Players are sometimes unable to select Large Floor areas decorated with a Small objects, because the Small object (ie Small Brown Rug) covers the hook. Workaround: Turn on floaty names and select the object using its name
* 6 Roaring Road and 4 Roaring Road do not have interior radar maps.
* The hobbit house at 6 Brookbank Street is missing its exterior doormat hook.
* The tooltips when examining a skill that requires a housing characteristic (eg. personal house teleport) incorrectly state that the skill requires a trait to be slotted.
* When a house has been abandoned and is re-added to the Available House list, it is added to the bottom of the list instead of being added in its proper order.

UI

* Using the key binds, "Select Next Tracked" and "Select Previous Tracked" will occasionally crash your client to desktop.
* You can lose your fellowship mapnotes if:
o you are in a fellowship and in combat
o you lose connection
o you die after losing connection and are auto-rezed
o you reconnect and re-enter the fellowship.
* Upon gaining reputation with a new faction, you recieve an alert, but you can't see it because it is transparent. It can still be clicked on or moused over to see the tooltip.

Quests

* When you have the "Spoiled Pie from Scary" quest, and on the "Eggs for Holly Hornblower" quest at the same time, the egg basket turns into a pie!
* After cancelling a quest with a cooldown, the timer counts down to 0sec but does not refresh or disappear.
* If the player picks up the quest "The Other Riders" and advances to the objective "Talk to Lenglinn" the quest ring fails to appear over Lenglinn.
* If a monster player is on the quest "Get the Troops to Tirith Rhaw" when it is completed by another monster player, the quest fails. However, if the monster player who failed the quest returns to the NPC the quest still appears to be available under 'Pending Quests.'

Graphics/Audio

* Fearsome Murk-Waters appear invisible at medium and lower resolutions.
* The client sometimes crashes in ATI's Crossfire mode.
* Animations can be choppy when the LOTRO client runs in windowed mode on a non-primary monitor.
* Near the Rift entrance, the NPCs have overly long Morale bars.
* ABC chord notation: When a note is in a chord and re-sounds, the parser tells you it is invalid and does not play the file.

* DirectX 10
o Some trees and branches may have blocky shadows.
o If you try to Alt+Tab your DX10 client, it doesn't properly lose focus, and remains rendering on the top of your other windows without a frame.
o Memory use in DX10 is higher than DX9 by ~100Mb
o Certain actions/events can cause a drop in fps, due to a bug in the party-member UI:
+ Summoning a pet
+ Inviting another player to join your fellowship if you are not already in one.
